Purchase procedure
Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the discretionary acceptance of IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio.
The Customer must select the products and proceed to check-out, after having carefully checked and, if necessary, modified the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, and shipping costs indicated in the order summary form.
Each order of our products can be placed through the website www.il-cerro.com, by phone, WhatsApp or via e-mail.
The contract is concluded at the moment IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the information to be used in any further communication with IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio. The message will also include all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio reserves the right not to confirm an order by notifying the Customer within 20 days of purchase, at the email address associated with the purchase, of the possible unavailability of one or more of the purchased products. In this case, IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio will refund the price and the shipping costs incurred by the Customer.

Order Execution
The Order is executed under the terms specified on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the ordered product.
IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the Customer due to delivery delays that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time the Order Confirmation is sent.
Custom Product
IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio undertakes to provide a quote for a Customized Product upon the customer's request. The delivery date of the Customized Product will be agreed with the Customer via e-mail. The cost of home delivery of the Customized Product must be paid by the customer and will be calculated based on the weight.
Payment Methods
CREDIT CARD
In cases of purchasing goods with payment by Credit Card (PayPal Circuit), at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the relevant banking institution will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.
In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance of the order by IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio, IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. The release times, for certain types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and may take up to their natural expiry (24th day from the date of authorization). Once the transaction has been cancelled, under no circumstances can IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays in the release of the committed amount by the banking system.
At no time during the purchase procedure is IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio able to access the buyer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection, nor will any computer archive of IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio store such data. Delivery costs and methods
IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio delivers its products within the national territory and throughout the European Community.
For orders from non-EU countries, IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio reserves the right to communicate terms and conditions depending on the destination country of the goods.
The expense contribution, charged to the Customer, is clearly specified at the time the order is placed. Unless the order is made through a Customized Reservation by the Customer.
Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of the order. Nothing more is due from the Customer beyond the total amount of the order shown at the end of the purchase process.
The purchased product will travel in secure containers designed to protect the goods from impacts and temperature fluctuations.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address indicated by the Customer and according to the methods specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the contents, specifying any anomalies on the delivery form.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
> that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
> that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);
Any damages or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery.
The Customer may collect the goods by signing the delivery note "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION", in this way they can check the contents and inform IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio about the condition of the goods. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.
IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incomplete information in the completion of the purchase order by the Customer, for any damage that may occur to the products after delivery to the carrier, or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the Customer – acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit declaration sent to IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio – Via del Lungo, 5A 50050 – Cerreto Guidi (FI) or by writing to the email address lellialessio@hotmail.it
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer of Lelli Alessio for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Customer has provided proof of having returned the goods.
The Customer must return the goods and deliver them to IL CERRO di Lelli Alessio without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which they communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Customer returns the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
Limitations to the right of withdrawal on products
Damaged or used products, even partially, will not be replaced or refunded. The User must include a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to CUSTOMIZED goods or those that have been unsealed and opened after delivery.
